By uploading, transmitting, or recording video clips on the platform, the End User declares under their sole civil and criminal liability that they possess all image, distribution, and commercial exploitation rights regarding the identifiable individuals in such material (or, in the case of minors, the explicit and documented authorization of their legal guardians).

The User has the right to revoke their recurring subscription at any time and without penalty from the "Subscription" view in the dashboard. Access to acquired features will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, at which point no further automatic charges will be issued.
