By uploading, transmitting, or registering video clips on the platform, the End User declares under their sole civil and criminal responsibility that they possess all image, distribution, and commercial exploitation rights for the identifiable natural persons in said material (or, in the case of minors, the explicit and documented authorisation of their legal guardians).
Scoudex does not proactively audit the provenance of the material and reserves the right to immediate suspension (precautionary ban) upon any valid report of intellectual property infringement or violation of the honour and privacy of third parties.

The User has the right to revoke their recurring subscription at any time and without penalty from the "Subscription" view in the dashboard. Access to the purchased features will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, at which point no further automatic charges will be issued. Partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments are not offered for unused periods or analyses.
